Track time in Charlotte

While Charlotte, NC is synonymous with the tracks of a NASCAR type, we made a trip here to watch our daughter in her last outdoor track meet of the season. In typical fashion, the weather is amazing and the place is beautiful.

My brother-in-law moved down here a few years ago and bought a cool little place right along the Carolina Thread Trail. Literally, walk out the front door and you are 10 feet away from the trail. I had a few minutes to explore a tiny bit of it this morning.
